A serpente do dragão (Xenodermus javanicus), também é chamada de cobra de tubérculos de Javan. É considerada rara e não é mantida no hobby porque não sobrevive em cativeiro. É uma cobra noturna e alimenta exclusivamente rãs. É nativa da Tailândia, da Birmânia e da Indonésia. Não é um criador prolífico, põe de dois a quatro ovos por ano.
