The park has stated that they are already planning a worthy successor for the coaster. We absolutely loved this coaster, and are super sad to see it go! Now this is what you call a true classic coaster! 😍 This Schwarzkopf Jet Star 1 originally opened back in 1972, making it 52 years old! It was on the German funfair circuit back then, before making its way to the USA, where it spent a year at Coney Island in 1976, then it moved to Knoebels where it stayed until 1992, then on to Morey's Piers before coming to Luna Park La Palmyre in France in 2000!
