Not every attempt to record a tarantula feeding reel goes as planned 😂! This is Cheeto, my presumed-to-be female Usambara orange baboon tarantula (Pterinochilus murinus) and what was meant to be a feeding response got turned into a very defensive one when I accidentally spooked her! As you can see here, she reared up, raised her arms and neared her fangs to seem more menacing and less edible. I’d say it worked well, what do you think 🕷️👌🏼😂? She could have given me a “kiss” if I wasn’t caref
