PIQUÉ ARABESQUE! 🌟 TIPS FOR CONFIDENCE IN THE STEP Especially for ladies in pointe shoes ( pointe version coming ) this can be a hard step. You can sort of feel like there’s no space for you to step up, or that you might slip. For me it’s all in the push off in the back leg, holding turnout in the supporting leg AND having enough lift in the core, finding that straight line and lift under the arms. If we focus so much on the bottom foot, we won’t be able to find or feel the space to get up. Foc
