An American Airlines plane that traveled between Medellín, Colombia, and Miami was found with bullet holes after it landed in Florida on Monday.
An American Airlines plane was removed from service over a "puncture" was found on the exterior while in Colombia on Sunday, the company said.
The bullet was located in the right wing of a 737 MAX 8 aircraft that flew from Miami, Florida, to Medellín on Monday night as flight 923.
